Tarako Butter Chahan Bento

2012.05.22

Today I made fried rice using tarako (salted cod roe), egg and butter. I like this combo. And sauteed sausages then seasoned them with ketchup, tonkatsu sauce and chili pepper. Asparagus has finally come out in grocery stores. It's the very spring flavor. I boiled it lightly and put on a little mayo.

Today's shots!! I had apple sherbet for dessert. Isn't this cup cute??

  1. The apple sherbet is adorable!  It looks like it belongs in a bento.  This bento combination sounds perfect!  You're making me hungry again :)

  3. Maybe I should use the apple cup for bento. It may be a bit too small for me haha!
Tarako butter pasta is also yum!

There are also a mikan, peach, melon version of sherbet. They are all cute. :D
